Head coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kim Grant has called on his charges to maintain and improve their current form that has seen them win their last 3 matches in the GFA Normalization Committee (NC) Special Competition.

The Phobians have been in some devastating form recently following an inconsistent start to the novelty competition. In their last three matches, they have managed to beat Inter Allies back to back as well as a 4-0 thumping of WAFA last Sunday.

The performance has seen them climb up the standings of the Premier B standings where they currently sit comfortably at the top of the pile. In all, the Accra based club has won 6 matches and lost three times.

Speaking in a post-match interview after their victory against WAFA, a delighted Kim Grant implored his players to keep their feet on the ground to ensure they continue their good form to help them win their subsequent matches.

“I want them to keep their feet on the ground. We still have a few more games to go. We have got a game at home on Wednesday and we are back to square one and we look at that as well. So overall fantastic performance”.

“I keep saying that week by week that it is a work in progress and the boys will learn from their mistakes and we have been playing well so it is just a matter of time that the team was going to get a good kick in and we have done that today”, the gaffer said.

Hearts will now welcome Liberty Professionals at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday for their match week 10 fixture of the ongoing campaign.
