The Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Pius Enam Hadzide has refused to apportion any blame after the country failed to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The Member of Parliament for the people of Ketu North has called on Ghanaians to stop apportioning blames and however believes it would not be in the interest of anybody to engage in accusations and counter-accusations.

Ghana’s chances of making it to a four straight successful world cup appearance after playing in Germany, South Africa, and Brazil have been completely shuttered by Egypt.

Many Ghanaian football fandoms have apportioned the blame to former Youth and Sports Minister, Nii Lante Vanderpuye and former head coach of the Black Stars, Avram Grant.

They, however, believe that these two personalities are the main reason why the country failed to make it to Russia.
