English Championship side Cardiff City has sealed the loan signing of Arsenal youngster Jordi Osei-Tutu to give them a squad boost for the upcoming football season.
After coming close to gaining promotion to the English Premier League at the end of the 2019/2020 football season, the Welsh club is determined to give it a better go in the next season.
They are hence bringing in top talent in the ongoing summer transfer window. After successful negotiations with Arsenal, they have managed to secure the services of versatile attacker Jordi Osei-Tutu.
“Cardiff City Football Club is pleased to confirm that Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined on a season-long loan deal from Arsenal, subject to completion of paperwork and international clearance”, an official club statement has said today.
The 21-year old who flourishes in defense spent the last season in Germany with VfL Bochum where he enjoyed a stellar campaign. He finished the season with 5 goals and 3 assists after featuring in as many as 21 matches.
