Six team will assemble to compete for honours on December 11,2005 at Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi where they compete in the inaugural edition of Otumfo invitational cup.
Asec Memosas(Ivory Coast),Eyimba(Nigeria),Asfa Yennega(Burkina Faso),King Faisal, Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Ashantigold(Ghana) are the six teams expected to participate in the week long competition between December11 and December 18, 2005.
Ghanian champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko and two times Africa Super Champons Eyimba FC of Nigeria were given the opportunity to start the competition from the second round.

6: Dec18: Winner Match3 vs Winner Match4
The winner of the competition will go home with thirty thousand dollars whiles the second and third place teams take home twenty thousand dollars and ten thousand dollars respectively.
