This Exellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is set to commission unemployed graduate youth who have been recruited unto the Nations Builders Corps (NABCO) program today, 17th October 2018.

The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) programme is a government initiative to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems. The focus of the initiative will be solving public service delivery in health, education, agriculture, technology, governance and drive revenue mobilization and collection.

The programme seeks to employ 100,000 graduate youth in various sectors of the economy. It is also to improve public service delivery whiles improving on government revenue mobilization.

The beneficiaries who went through successful interviews will be posted from today to start working.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo launched the NABCO program in Kumasi yesterday. The programme is under seven modules designed to meet the pressing needs of the nation, while providing jobs for unemployed graduate youth.

The modules are Feed Ghana, Educate Ghana, Revenue Ghana, Heal Ghana, Enterprise Ghana, Digitize Ghana and Governance Ghana. The program through the modules is to help improve skills and employability for transition from the programme to permanent employment.

The beneficiaries will be engaged for three years and they are expected to earn a monthly stipend of GHS700 each.
