BOGOSO-MP Lights Up Kokoase Electoral Area

The Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Member of Parliament for Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency, Hon Barbara Oteng-Gyasi has fulfilled another promise of supplying high quality street bulbs to light up the streets in the Prestea Huni-Valley Municipality.

The Assembly Member of Kokoase Electoral Area, Hon Samuel Kwaku Ofori in an interview with modernghana.com has expressed appreciation to the Deputy Minister for delivering on her promise.

"We took delivery of the high quality bulbs and the streets are very bright at night after we fixed the bulbs" Hon Ofori added.

On behalf of my people and my self we thank the MP for the bulbs, Ayensukrom No.1, Agyeikrom and Kokoase all benefited from the bulbs and the main street is very bright at night.

This will provide security at night for the people and reduce crime rate in my area.

Hon Barbara Oteng-Gyasi stated in an interview with the press after she Presented dual, mono and Hexagonal desks to the Municipal Education Directorate some two weeks ago that as part of the efforts of the Assembly and Her office to reduce crime rate in the municipality, they will light up the streets with more street bulbs as they equip the police intensify their patrol activities in the municipality.

The Assemblyman of Kokoase Electoral Area further adviced the people of the electoral area to stop dumping refuse in drains during rains and thanked the Municipal Nadmo boss Mr. Francis Abeiku Yankah for coming with the proactive initiative to stop flooding, "OPERATION STOPPING THE FLOOD".
