The NSS Insurance Policy: A Discouraging Or Motivating Factor In Rendering An Efficient Service To The Nation?

We move through hot sunshine and heavy rains all in the name of rendering our service to our nation but we do this without complains or dissatisfaction simply because we have our nation at heart and such have endeavoured to contribute our quota as graduates in seeing our nation rise to the peak of being capable enough to address all challenges as well as to create a good standard of living. Significantly, it took several weeks for allowance of personnel for the first month to be paid amidst the hope by personnel to receive a two month allowance.

However, even with this, some haven't been paid still and others are in much frustrations and anxiety as to when they will receive the reward of their labour as service personnel. In spite of all these, since we have our nation at heart and such, prioritize it over any matter, we have resolved to render our mandate without much concern about when the allowance for the second month will be paid duly, only for us to come to terms with the fact that an insurance policy along with other packages have been initiated and will be implemented in no time.

Well, as personnel we have come to terms with the fact that initiatives are worthwhile in as much as the growth and prosperity of an organization is concern. Imperatively, without prejudice to the fact that, some of the initiative are commendable, others are to our detriment and we would want it to be checked duly. Worth noting is the fact that, executive council of all levels with regards to NASPA hasn't been constituted for them to even be educated on the policy and as such give their concern and subsequently explain the hook and cranny of this policy to it's members. So why quick implementation of this policy?

Be that as it may, we want to ask NSS, what happens to those who does not fall victim to any of the circumstances listed as beneficiaries. is it that, their contribution will be in vain?

Moreover, what happens to those who are in rural areas where even getting a TV channel is even a problem. How do they benefit from these movie package too? NSS, These and many other exceptions do we take against this policy as personnel and with great displeasure and dissatisfaction would want to plead with you to reconsider this policy. We also, in sorrow, would want to unequivocally say that, just as we have endeavored to contribute our all in serving our dear nation, so are we requesting that you motivate us to render our service efficiently but not to discourage us with anything whatsoever. We hereby look forward for proper education on this issue and a necessary amendment. Thank you!!!
