Ghana leading communication network MTN says it is working to roll out one hundred and seventy five 4G network sites across the country by the end of 2017.

The 4G network service is to aid speedily services, to boast accessibility in most remote areas where applicable.

The Corporate Communications Senior Manager of MTN Ghana Georgina Fiagbenu hinted this at a corporate customer forum held at Ashanti Akim Agogo in the Ashanti Akim south district of the Ashanti region.

The forum aims at enhancing business customers relationship as well as mobilizing views and issues bothering its loyal customers, and develop a means of serving them better.

Members of Agogo traditional authority, the security, hairdressers, tailors among other hundreds of residents and other dignitaries graced the occasion.

As part of the forum, the commercial team from MTN educated participants through vibrant services of the company and systematic approach in getting their complaints solved.

Speaking at the forum, Madam Georgina said the move will help them get honest and sincere reports from customers and adjust their services towards their needs.

According to her, GHC 143,000,000.00 is set aside to expand its network services to aid both 4G, 3G and 2G users.

She said this will help MTN upgrade its software system which will enable them enhance their services in best performance.

As part of the company's effort of using network to perpetuate crime Madam Georgina advised customers to adhere to the company system of getting their sim registered with valid identity card.

She urged users to desist from buying pre activated sim cards and also ensure that proper personified identity sim are used.

He applauded MTN for aiding the entire agogo town to access MTN services to communicate and to do businesses.

He however urged the company to strengthen the network in some of the areas in Agogo since many were struggling to get service.
