Ave-Dakpa (VR), May 23, GNA - The Akatsi North Assembly has given a 100 per cent endorsement to Dr Prince Sodoke Amuzu, as District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area after rejecting him at the first round voting.
Dr Amuzu, 36, got only eight out of 15 votes in the first round but secured all 15 votes to become the second DCE for the five years old Assembly.
He pledged to take advantage of government's policies to turn the fortunes of the District around, with focus on agriculture and tourism.
