South Africa has a breast milk bank where mothers can donate their breast milk to help other infants unable to breast feed.
Doctors say the first line of defence for new born babies is proper nutrition and that almost 90% of neonatal deaths occur in the first week of life.
As Pumza Fihlani in Johannesburg reports, South African mothers have been saving the lives of hundreds of premature babies, by donating their breast milk.
I am just asking If you're a woman, would you donate breast milk? Would you allow your baby to benefit from such a bank?
