Accra, Nov 24, GNA -Harris Corporate Resource Management Limited (Harris Ghana), has commenced operations in Ghana, facilitating the provision of business expertise and promotion of local content in line with Government policy.

Registered with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, the team of experienced professionals at Harris Ghana have access to a large network of key business contacts throughout Africa.

Launching Harris Ghana in Accra, coinciding with the Ghana Energy Summit being held in Accra, Mr Alan Harris, Founder, said: “We see a large influx of key personnel representing overseas companies interested in Ghanaian business opportunities but lacking local knowledge, contacts and expert guidance. This prolongs market entry and adds risk to potential investment.”

Alan, a Scot with a track record of successful business management in Ghana for the last 25 years said; “by partnering with Harris Ghana; companies can access professionals, in-country (and) legal, financial, commercial and recruitment resources to confidently fast-track their business objectives and the achievement of long-term goals”.

“The success of the oil and gas business offshore Ghana, together with the existing natural resource market, the construction boom and the country's political stability, has prompted a huge interest from international businesses around the globe. Companies are not only looking at doing business in Ghana, but looking to use Ghana as a stable hub to service the rest of the African continent”.

Ghana is one of the world's fastest growing economies according to the International Monetary Fund and Economy Watch.
