A United States based Non Governmental Organization SESA WORUBAM Incorporated, has supplied school uniforms to about 200 brilliant but poor pupils from the Kaneshie Eight Junior High School.

The uniforms together with other items such as Canvas, School Bags and Exercise books cost about GHC500.00.

Madam Earsie Mike Aquandah, Chief Executive of the NGO, who made the donation, said there was the need to help such pupils pursue their education without any hindrances hence the donation.

She said the same gesture would be extended to other pupils in due course,

adding that, the NGO would work in collaboration with heads of schools to identify such needy pupils.

The Reverend Thomas Clerk, a teacher of the schools on behalf of the pupils thanked the donor for her humanitarian services, adding that, the NGO should continue to support pupils so that they would be encouraged to learn.

Mr James Herbert Anquanda of the organization, said the pupils were

identified in collaboration with head of the school, saying that, they should

endeavour to keep the uniforms clean.
