From the Volta Regional capital, Ho correspondent Kobla Ali Kukubor reports that the Resident Pastor of the Global Evangelical Church at Ho, Fiave, Rev. E.T. Barigah advised Ghanaians to maintain the prevailing peace in the country. He urged politicians to be tolerant and use civil language in their campaigns in order not to inflame passions. Rev. Barigah called on Ghanaians not to relent in their prayers to God to choose a God fearing leader for the country since he is the kingmaker.

At the Winners Chapel Ghana, Pastor Richard Daniels exhorted the youth not to allow peer pressure to influence their behaviour and dressing.

He asked parents to give priority to their children's education and desist from spending their money on expensive funerals. Rev. S.K. Mensah of the Dela Cathedral E.P. Church called on Christians to be agents of change in their communities.

At the Church of Christ, Pastor Sedem Amedorme asked Christians to join the crusade against bribery and corruption which undermine development.
