September National Service allowance paid — NASPA to personnel

The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has notified service persons that their September monthly allowance has been paid.

In a statement signed by the Association's General Secretary Nana Adu Gyamfi Mensah on Thursday, October 26, NASPA said it extends "greetings to inform you that the allowance for the month of SEPTEMBER has been paid."

The release further advised personnel to "Kindly get your e-zwich card and visit your banks or agents" to access the payment.

It added: "NB: Your dashboard can show processing while you have been paid. You ought to visit the bank to confirm the payment."

The statement comes as many national service persons have been requesting information from relevant authorities about the payment.

Some complained of delays as the allowance is crucial in sustaining them during their mandatory one-year national service assignment across various public and private institutions.

NASPA serves as an advocate for the welfare and rights of national service personnel deployed under the National Service Scheme Secretariat.
