Ghanaian Highlife Musician Daasebre Gwamena, who is being held for trafficking narcotics to the United Kingdom, is due in Court on Tuesday in London.
A source at the Uxbridge Magistrate Court, where Daasebre had appeared twice in the last two weeks, told reporters that the Ghanaian musician will appear via a video link in Courtroom 3.
The video conferencing, the source said, is primarily because of the offence. Drug traffickers do not appear in person anymore, but through a video link, the source added.
Daasebre Gwamena was arrested thirteen days ago at Heathrow Airport in the United Kingdom for possessing substances suspected to be cocaine after travelling on a British Airways Flight from Accra.
Meanwhile, CITI NEWS gathers that a prominent London legal firm, Ally Lindsay Solicitors, is representing Daasebre.
