Sammy Baah, the manager of dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, has come to the defence of his artiste amid criticism over Shatta Wale's recent verbal attacks on Stonebwoy.

In a recent incident captured on tape, Shatta Wale directed insults at Stonebwoy, targeting both his disability and personal character without any apparent provocation.

However, Sammy Flex, as he is popularly known, dismissed the backlash, stating that such exchanges are common between the two renowned artistes and should be seen as part of their rivalry.

"I don’t take some of these things seriously because it is a game they play all the time. When it comes to throwing jabs, they all do that at the least opportunity they get and I see nothing wrong with it," Sammy Flex stated during an interview on Onua FM.

He further explained that the recent verbal attacks stemmed from Stonebwoy's alleged refusal to perform at an event where Shatta Wale was also scheduled to perform.

According to Sammy Flex, the organisers informed them of Stonebwoy's decision not to participate due to Shatta Wale's presence on the bill.

"The organisers came to tell us after we had waited for a long time that Stonebwoy was not coming. They told us he said Shatta Wale was on the bill so he won’t perform," he revealed.
