Hon. Simon Osei Mensah, the Asahnti Regional Minister has bid the entire team of Kumasi Asante Kotoko farewell and urged them to make the region and natio at large proud ahead of the second tier encounter against Coton Sports in the on-going CAF Confederations Cup match in Kumasi tomorrow at the Baba Yara Sports stadium.
He is one of the many football loving fans who has given away free tickets to help boast the number of football loving fans to support the team and cheer them to victory.
The Regional Minister further urged all Ghanaians to rally behind the team since Kumasi Asante kotoko is the only club representing the nation in such a huge tournamnet.
"I am with the belive that this game is a big game and will therefore demand the support of the entire nation. The players should demonstrate the gallant spirit that Kotoko is known for" he made this statment when he was interviewd on Kesben fm morning sports show.
