Africa’s club of the century Kumasi Asante Kotoko have speed up work on their Adako Jachie grounds and are speeding up re-grassing to their training ground for the club.

It can be recalled that the venue caught fire some two years ago. Since then the club has been taking measures to commence work on the grounds to get it back in shape.

Reports indicate that this is the third phase of reshaping the training grounds in order to get it ready for use by the club.

Since being appointed as the Chief Executive officer, Dr Kwame Kyei has been poised to develop the Adako Jachie project.

He has made his intentions clear to put up structures on the grounds as well as to build a stadium that will be owned by Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The ongoing re-grassing process at the grounds is part of Dr Kwame Kyei’s vision to rebrand the club and take it to the next level to match European and appreciable standards.

The project is being financed by the club’s main sponsors MTN Ghana. It is expected to be completed and ready for use by next year April.
