Bless draws with Akumpreku

Cape Coast Oct 29, GNA-Twifo Praso Akumpreko FC played a highly spirited game to hold Bless FC to a pulsating 2-2 draw in their central region second division league match played at the Cape Coast sports stadium on Monday.

Bless, who started strongly, opened the scoring through their top striker Francis Gyepi in the 4th minute, but Akumpreku hit back and levelled up matters through a penalty kick taken by centre forward, John Afful in the 14th minute.

Inspired by the equaliser, Akumpreku continued to pile pressure on their opponents and increased the tally to 2-1 through outside right Stephen Donkor who scored with a header.

On resumption, Bless threw everything into their attack and it came as no surprise when Gyepi, again hit the net to bring the final scores to 2-2.
