Asamoah Gyan has taken his goal tally to 15 in the UAE Pro League after scoring twice on Friday.
The Ghanaian helped Al Ain to a 3-0 win against Bani Yas and the victory keeps at them at the top of the standings with a nine-point lead.
After Ali Al Wehaibi put Al Ain ahead on 26 minutes, Gyan scored a second half brace in the 65th and 84th minutes to wrap up victory.
Gyan is now leading the scoring chart in his debut season after a loan move from English side, Sunderland last year.
