GFA promises U20s foreign trip

The Ghana Football Association has revealed that it will plan another international friendly for the national Under-20 team abroad after a date with the United Arab Emmirates was called off.

 
The Black Satellites are trimming the rough edges ahead of the Fifa World Youth Championship in Egypt this September.

 
UAE withdrew from the friendly at the eleventh work with no plausible stated.

But the Football Association reiterated their desire to fortify the team with a better pre-tourney preparations.

 
"The coach is training with boys and I think they are doing very well athough the planned trip to the UAE has failed," FA President Kwesi Nyantakyi told Ghanasoccernet.com

 
"We are busily working across board to get them international exposure before the tournament starts."

 
Ghana will play Uzbekistan in the Group opener on 26 September in Ismailia.
