The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has adjusted the schedule for certain Matchday 28 fixtures in the ongoing 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.
Originally slated from Friday, April 19 to Monday, April 22, these matches will now take place from Friday to Wednesday. Consequently, there will be no games on Sunday across various venues.
This decision aims to rally maximum support for Dreams FC as they face off against Egyptian powerhouse Zamalek SC in the second leg of their CAF Confederation Cup semifinal at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
As a result, Dreams FC's league encounter against Real Tamale United has been postponed to a later date.
In an impressive display, Karim Zito’s squad became the first team to hold Zamalek scoreless at home during this season’s CAF Confederation Cup, securing a goalless draw in the first leg at the Cairo International Stadium.
The highly anticipated match is set to commence at 16:00 GMT.
