The Ghana Premier League head to the game in Casablance with a 1-0 win advantage.
Isaac Mensah scored the only goal of the game in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium.
With the Moroccan side set to host the Phobians at the Stade V Mohammed on Sunday, Alhassan is confident of a victory.
"We can assure Hearts fans that we will qualify and bring glory to the Phobia fraternity," the former WAFA centre back told Joy Sports.
“Our aim is to make it into the group stage. We will do our utmost best to achieve this target this coming Sunday," he added.
Hearts of Oak arrived in Casablanca on Friday evening. A training was held today ahead of the game.
The much-anticipated game has been scheduled to kick off at 18:00GMT.
The winner of the tie book a place in the group phase of the Caf Champions League while the other club drop to the Caf Confederations Cup.
