Former Hearts of Oak defender, Vincent Atinga is set to join Accra Great Olympics, the local media has reported.
Atinga is currently in the country after ending a torrid spell with South Africa with second-tier side Uthongathi FC.
He has already begun stints with the Great Olympics team through training sessions and friendly encounters.
The former Black Stars B is set to sign for the two times Ghana Premier League champions by close of the week.
Atinga has rich experience playing in Ghana’s top-flight representing Ebusua Dwarfs as well as Hearts of Oak.
He was also a member of Ghana’s successful team during the 2017 WAFU Tournament.
His inclusion to an already excellent Olympics side should double up their chances of finishing in the top 4 places at the end of the season.
The Accra club are enjoying a fine season with their chances of finishing in the top half very high.
They are currently fourth with 24 points, four adrift of league leaders Karela United.
