Asante Kotoko on Wednesday afternoon defeated Ebusua Dwarfs by a goal to nil to climb into the top four of the Ghana Premier League standings.
The Porcupine Warriors club today visited the Cape Coast Stadium to clear the outstanding game against the Mysterious club.
In a game that did not produce a goal in the first half, Asante Kotoko resumed the second half to score through defender Christopher Nettey in the 71st minute.
Going on to hold onto the lead, Asante Kotoko cruised to a narrow 1-0 victory to ensure they bagged the maximum points from the match.
Courtesy of the win, the record champions have climbed to third on the Ghana Premier League standings and just one point behind Karela United that sits top.
