Managing Director of Hearts of Oak, Frederick Moore believes the exit of Joseph Esso and Kofi Kordzi will not affect the club in any way.

Star player, Joseph Esso has joined fellow Ghana Premier League side, Dreams FC on a two-year deal after failing to renew his deal with the Phobians.

Meanwhile, Kofi Kordzi has joined Asian club, Muaither SC in Qatar in a deal worth $150, 000.

But according to Mr Moore, the club still have the quality to compete despite the exit of Esso and Kordzi.

"There are things I know and Esso knows which are not known to the public,” he told Akoma FM.

“I am not willing to put it in the public domain but what I can say is that our decision was in the interest of Hearts of Oak.

"The departure of Esso and Kofi Kordzi will not affect us. We have enough quality to compete,” he added.

Hearts of Oak have resumed training ahead of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians will be hoping to end their 10 years trophyless jinx.
