zebra crossing who is it meant for?

it is often said that kumasi taxi drivers do not slow down for pedistrians to cross the road even at the legal spot which is the zebra crossing. here is scenerio between a pedestrian who is furios due to negligence of the taxi drivers who would not stop for him to cross,so he chooses to cross anyway wether there be taxi or not. meanwhile a taxi driver was also aprproaching the zebra crossing with top speed upong seeing the man has to apply his break fully to avoid disaster and this is what happened.
pedestrian; hey hey driver ,are you mad didnt you see me cross
taxi driver; and so what ,massa hurry up make I go
pedestrian; you are an illeterate fool, dont you know that this is Zebra crossing hence I should cross with ease.? foolish boy
taxi driver;massa comot for there and so what ah . O.K AREYOU A ZEBRA eh eh are you zebra.
so who is wrong?
