The Chief Executive Officer of the Holy Trinity Medical Centre and the Holy Trinity Spa and Health Farm on Tuesday, 27th August 2019 rewarded some of its hard-working staff. The rewards which came in a form of cash, were as result of an ongoing professional assessment of staff in 21 given areas which touches on professional code of ethics, conducts and the ability of staff to inspire others through the expression of leadership skills in improving the organization’s cooperate goals.

The winners Mr. Samuel Adjei Frimpong (a nurse), Mr. Seth Yamoah (a laboratory technician) all received a cash amount of one thousand Ghana cedis (1000ghs) while Mr. George Norshie (a nurse) also received an amount of three hundred Ghana cedis (300ghs). Mr. Ben Okyerefo (a nurse) was also rewarded with an amount of two hundred and fifty Ghana cedis (250ghs) for his contributions towards the process.

The selection and announcement of winners were based on the attestations and testimonials given by colleague workers who have over the years worked with the winners.

Addressing the staff, the Executive Chairman of the hospital Dr. Felix Anyah encouraged everyone to continue to portray diligence, hard work, and commitment at the workplace and in all spheres of their life. He added that all must try and go by the professional code of ethics and conducts in order to fit in any workspace at all times.

The winners of this maiden edition of the rewards expressed their gratitude to the C.E.O and promised to at all times live up to expectation.

It is a continues award process where another set of winners are expected to be announced tomorrow.
