WordDigest: Secrets of the Canaanite woman

Text: Matthew 15:22-28

We are told the Canaanite woman approached Jesus crying because she had a chip on her shoulders.

What was the challenge? Her daughter was severely oppressed by a demon and therefore needed Jesus' intervention.

Meanwhile, the disciples of Jesus prevented the Canaanite woman from meeting Jesus.

The Canaanite woman force her way through and knelt before Him, saying, "Lord, help me." (Matthew 15:25).

Later, Jesus spoke a word and the daughter of the Canaanite woman was healed instantly.

Her daughter was healed because of some secrets. The Canaanite woman-

1. Accepted she had a challenge.

2. Even in her challenge, she had courage and confidence in Jesus.

3. She was ever ready to jump over barriers.

4. The Canaanite woman was humble.

5. She had a great faith.

Her secrets saved her daughter from a demonic attack.

What you do before or in the process of meeting Jesus can cause you to be saved or unsaved.

Be strong in the Lord.

King of kings, i release your healing power against any opposition in Jesus' name, Amen.
