Two Members of the La Constance Tennis Center, Akropong, were invited to join the National Training Camp in the just ended National Training Program (from the 1st to the 5th of Jan, 2019) in Preparation for the AJC (African Junior Competition) to be played in Togo.
The players are Veronica Antwi and Victoria Boatema both under 14 Girls. A total of eight players were invited to the Camp
It is gratifying to note that La Constance Tennis Center which started off as an after school program has mushroomed to the extent of sending players to the national Camp
Commenting on the development, Dr. Kwame Aniapam Boafo, founder of the program, thanked the management of the program, Issac Offei, Glenn adu Adjei and Elizabeth Opoku Mankosah for their resilience for keeping the program together. He congratulated the players for such a laudable achievement
He was also extremely thankful for Stakeholders who have helped tremendously to keep the program sustainable not to mention, Don Hightower of the Tennis Warehouse, Mathc Point and West Rock Tennis Clubs of New York as well as the Kwakwaduam Associaition Inc of New York
