General News Keep Faith With Initiatives By Policy Makers--Groupe Ideal Urges
MAY 2, 2018 LISTEN

Dr Nii Kotei Dzani, President of Groupe Ideal, has urged workers across the country to keep faith with government initiatives aimed at improving the economy.

The member of the Council of State as part of his May Day message to workers said he believes strongly that policy makers are working to help improve issues confronting them.

In a press statement, the Groupe Ideal President said, “Undoubtedly, in the life of every nation, its workforce is the most important variable to economic transformation and growth. Taking stock of events over the course of the previous year, we all reckon, that our country’s economy has faced some challenges, some of which were expected and some of which were not.”

He noted that “Many Ghanaian workers today complain about their conditions of service, amongst others. As a colleague worker myself, I know and feel how difficult it is sometimes to get out of bed to go to work. There are times you feel helpless, annoyed, tired, worn out and sometimes even destitute.”

Dr, Dzani encouraged “all workers to keep faith with the initiatives that have been put in place by policymakers to improve the economy.”

“In that vein, we must all keep going, knowing we are contributing to building a strong society and economy for ourselves and the generations yet unborn. I implore all workers to strive to accomplish the duties required of them and to know that there will be better days ahead if we all commit ourselves to the course of Mother Ghana by giving off more than our very best in whatever capacity of work we find ourselves,” he added.

HON. DR. NII KOTEI DZANI CONGRATULATES GHANAIAN WORKERS ON THE OCCASION OF 2018 MAY DAY CELEBRATIONS

——————————————————————

On the occasion of this year’s May Day celebrations, I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the workers of Ghana for their hard work and devotion to the economic development of our dear country.

Undoubtedly, in the life of every nation, its workforce is the most important variable to economic transformation and growth. Taking stock of events over the course of the previous year, we all reckon, that our country’s economy has faced some challenges, some of which were expected and some of which were not. Many Ghanaian workers today complain about their conditions of service, amongst others.

As a colleague worker myself, I know and feel how difficult it is sometimes to get out of bed to go to work. There are times you feel helpless, annoyed, tired, worn out and sometimes even destitute. I will like to encourage all workers to keep faith with the initiatives that have been put in place by policymakers to improve the economy.

In that vein, we must all keep going, knowing we are contributing to building a strong society and economy for ourselves and the generations yet unborn. I implore all workers to strive to accomplish the duties required of them and to know that there will be better days ahead if we all commit ourselves to the course of Mother Ghana by giving off more than our very best in whatever capacity of work we find ourselves.

I cannot complete this statement without expressing my profound gratitude to the staff, management and Executives of Groupe Ideal, whose dedication, dynamism and accomplishments over the course of the last fiscal year, of which I am most proud of. I consider it a rare honour and privilege to serve as the leader of such talented and industrious group of workers.

It is my sincere prayer that as the months go by, we shall continue to maintain our positive attitudes to work and develop even more innovative means of addressing the concerns of our customers. The solutions we bring to our customers are not just for their individual benefits but also goes to advance the overall well-being of our nation itself.

Therefore, to all Ghanaian workers, I say AYEKOO!!!

May God bless and rejuvenate every Ghanaian worker as you take your much earned rest and may God bless OUR HOMELAND Ghana, AND MAKE HER GREAT AND STRONG.

HON. DR. NII KOTEI DZANI
