Nana Kwaku Bonsam Cautions Nana Akufo-Addo Over KUMACA Deaths

Popular Fetish priest Nana Kwaku Bonsam has stated that until school authorities allow for proper rituals to be performed at the premises of the Kumasi Academy (KUMACA),the mysterious deaths of students will not end.

According to him, the recent deaths of students in the school is as a result of a dark magic or 'juju' which has been planted in the school as a means to gain recognition and prestige for the school, hence some rituals must be performed to spiritually cleanse the entire school to rid it of such tragedies in the future.

Nana Kwaku Bonsam, who was Speaking in a telephone conversation with Boamah Darko,host of 'Maakye' educative show on Accra-based Hot93.9FM,advised President Akufo- Addo to take the recent happenings serious and not to waste time on setting up committees to investigate things that are obviously spiritual and requires spiritual means in bringing a closure to the issue.

"Something was planted in the school with the main purpose of giving it more recognition and if proper rituals are not performed to cleanse the school from all dark spirits these deaths will continue. The President should take these happenings serious, he should not waste his time with committees when rituals can be made to bring those deaths to a seizure" He stressed.

Kwaku Bonsam's comment follows similar remarks by some men of God including the General Overseer of God's crown Chapel Prophet Reindolph Oduro the 'Eagle prophet' and Founder of God's Way International Ministry Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah who have attributed the strange deaths to evil spirits hovering around the school premises.

However in a quick rebuttal, the Chief of Asokore Mampong in the Ashanti Region where KUMACA is situated, Nana Boakye Ansah Debrah debunked claims by some pastors and spiritualists that the mysterious deaths are as a result of evil spirits.

According to him, the school is a baptist church which was first established to be used as a mission school where it has developed into a high school hence he could not fathom why some people are attributing it to be spiritual.

"I do not undestand why anyone will say that dark forces are behind the deaths when it has already been established that it was caused by a respiratory illness called the H1N1 influenza. If any spiritualist wants to help, they should do it from their various homes since no pastor or spiritualist will be allowed to enter the school premises to perform any rituals" He emphasized.
