Tema, Oct 30, GNA - The Safe Bond Company Limited (SBCL) of Carl Tiedemann Stevedoring Ghana Limited on Saturday donated sanitary materials worth 30 million cedis to the Tema Municipal Assembly (TMA) as part of activities marking the first anniversary of the company. The 1,500 workers of the company also undertook a two-hour clean-up exercise at the commercial centre of the city.
Mr Bryn Webster, General Manager of SBCL made the presentation made up of 15 each of dustbins and wheel barrows and 30 street brooms. He said in line with the company's motto "care to serve" the SBCL would ensure the sustenance of the donation and the clean-up exercise. The workers earlier went on a float on the principal streets of the city.
