EXCESSIVE REPETITION OF MOVIES ON DSTV

Please allow me the opportunity to draw the attention of DSTV Ghana to the repetitive and monotonous nature of their satellite TV service.

I connected my DSTV service in December 2008, right after the collapse of GBS. The main reason was to keep me entertained and help prevent me from spending a lot of time and money outside and have had no particular complaints about the service till the last few months.

The last few months has seen a gradual deterioration in the quality of service provided by multi choice Ghana especially their Africa magic, Africa magic plus and Magic world channels. The problem has been the rather excessive repetition of movies; notable among them, passion and soul, princess bride, and my first experience.

What is irritating is the fact that numerous complaints to multi choice Ghana by myself and some friends about these excessive repetitions has yielded no results whatsoever.

With the now numerous Ghanaian and African movies in the market, I will want to urge the management of Multi choice to please put in measures to avoid the many movie repetitions so as to salvage the dwindling reputation of their company and restore the quality service they where once known for.
