Francis Asenso-Boakye, the Member of Parliament for Bantama and the Minister for Works and Housing, has touted President Nana Akufo-Addo as the best president NPP has ever produced for Ghana.
He foresees him being celebrated widely in the country 10 years to come after his tenure of office.
Speaking on Accra-based Starr FM's 'Star Chat' show on Thursday, February 1, Mr. Asenso-Boakye praised President Akufo-Addo for his leadership and handling of challenges amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
He rated him over of the NPP’s first President John Agyekum Kufuor.
"I'll choose Akufo-Addo over Kuffour as the best President the NPP has ever produced considering the circumstances both have faced under their leadership," he said.
The Works and Housing Minister scored the President 9 out of 10 for his performance so far.
He stated: "I’ll rate President Akufo-Addo 9/10. In 10 years time, he will be celebrated."
