A four-year old girl Hannah Mensah, born with a hole-in-heart (ventricular septal defect) needs 7,000 Euros to undergo surgery at the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital to correct the defect.
The Ghana Heart Foundation will pay 50 per cent of the amount.
The girl's parents cannot afford the amount and are appealing to the public for assistance to save little Hannah's life.
