
The gospel rap scene has experienced a breath of truly fresh inspiring lyrics since the advent of PROVABS in to the industry. The bar has been truly raised as he constantly challenges himself to do better than his last achievements.
Coming into focal light 2009, he has since then grown in leaps and bounds to establish himself as a force to reckon and also “record with”. Within a few years of his professional rap career he has being able to feature a good number of “who-is-who” in the Nigerian music industry. He has scored hits like Bless me dey go { Featuring EX-O}, Hope {Featuring Gzac}, Ife {Featuring Sanjo} and Kosi {Featuring Ige}
The award winning rapper has worked with the likes of the stallion Onyeka Onwenu, Samklef, Dekunle Fuji, Vector & TIV. 2011 was indeed a rewarding year for Provabs, his career in Music received a boost at National award such as NMVA and NGMA
At the Nigerian Gospel Music Awards ( NGMA 2011), Provabs received the award for New revelation of the year 2011 While at Nigerian Music Video Awards (NMVA 2011) he got Best choreographed video for Komole Remix Vector & TIV Feat. Provab 2011.
For Provabs, music is not only where he has his eyes on or he has talent being exhibited in, he actually runs “Word Movement”. This is a T-Shirt brand that you would often see him in. His plan is to take it available at the “village market” as we think of the world as a global village.
His recent single “I Surrender” {Featuring Eve L} was globally released on itunes in January 2012 and here it is.
