Mileba Godwin Kwame is an Educational Psychologist, Education Policy Analyst, Legal Scholar, Researcher and Education Advocate with a strong interest in educational development, public policy, law, governance and social transformation.

He holds an MPhil in Educational Psychology from the University of Cape Coast and has previously obtained an MEd and a BEd in Educational Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Psychology and Foundations of Education. He is also a final year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at Kings University College and is preparing to commence his professional legal training.

Mileba combines academic training in psychology and education with legal scholarship and public policy analysis. His work focuses on understanding educational challenges, examining public policy, promoting accountability and advancing practical reforms that improve educational outcomes.

He is the President of the Centre for Research and Education Policy (CREP Africa), an organisation dedicated to educational policy, research and advocacy, with a focus on promoting an equitable, accountable and responsive education system.

He has also served in various leadership and professional capacities within education and youth development, including roles involving communication, policy advocacy, research and public engagement. His experience in the Ghana Education Service has further provided him with practical insight into the realities of teaching, school administration and educational policy implementation.

As a researcher, Mileba is particularly interested in educational psychology, student wellbeing, academic achievement, education policy, governance and the intersection between law and education. His approach combines empirical research with policy and legal analysis to identify practical and sustainable solutions to institutional and societal challenges.

Beyond academia and professional work, he is actively involved in civic engagement, youth development and community advocacy. He believes that meaningful national development requires evidence-based policy, strong institutions, accountable leadership and equal access to opportunities.
