Liberty Professionals have intensified training ahead of their crucial meeting with Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the ongoing 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.

The Dansoman-based club has had a good start to the season but inconsistencies at some points have denied them the chance of being in the top four of the league standings.

Nicknamed the Scientific Soccer Lads, Liberty Professionals have won two of their matches, drawn three and has suffered just one defeat.

Now set to come up against 4th place Asante Kotoko, the Blue and Whites have set sight on gaining points to ensure they improve their position on the standings.

At the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park this morning, the team intensified training under manager David Ocloo and all the other technical team members.

The crucial encounter between Liberty Professionals and Asante Kotoko will be played on Sunday, February 2, 2020. It will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium behind closed doors and will kick off at 15:00GMT.
