Asante Kotoko defender Augustine Sefa has been ruled out of Sunday's clash with Coton Sports Garoua in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The experienced left-back has accumulated yellow cards and will serve a one-match suspension.
With the unavailability of Sefa, former Inter Allies and Penn FC star Abass Mohammed who played the first leg could retain his starting berth.
"Kwame Bonsu is qualified to play against Coton Sport but Augustine Sefa has been ruled out," Edmund Ackah told Asempa FM.
Kotoko won the first leg in Cameroon by three goals to two and look certain to repeat the dose this weekend.
