The game between defending champions Aduana stars and in-form Ashanti Gold could not be played because Aduana has travelled for their confederation cup game against Fosa Juniors.
On Saturday, Accra Hearts of Oak hosted Elmina Sharks at the Cape Coat stadium and lost by two goals to one. Felix Addo and Daniel Obeng got the two goals for Sharks, with Malik Akowuah getting the consolation goal for Hearts of Oak.
Elsewhere on the same day, Joseph Tetteh Zutah scored the only goal on the day when Medeama played Inter Allies at home to give Medeama Victory.
On Sunday, newcomers Eleven Wonders beat West African Football Academy (WAFA) by two goals to one. Yussif Hussein and Boahene Emmanuel got the goals for Eleven wonders and Alhassan Mohammed pulled one back for WAFA.
A Stephen Sarfo goal proved crucial at the end of 90 minutes as Berekum Chelsea beat Bechem United one zero.
Liberty Professional lost at away to Ebusua Dwarfs when they were beaten two one. Scorers on the day for Dwarfs were Alhaji Mustapha and Dennis Korsah. Benjamin Eshun scored for Liberty.
Dreams Fc worsened Kotoko’s woes as they beat them one zero at the Dawu park. George Obeng getting that vital goal for Dreams FC.
Karela Fc went to Wa and got a vital three points as they beat Wa All Stars by a goal to nil. Ibrahim Moro scored that decisive goal.
