Sulley Muntari  and his AC Milan team will play Atletico Madrid in the first knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League after the draw was held in Nyon,Switzerland.

Compatriot Kevin Prince Boateng 's Schalke drew the difficult task of facing Real Madrid in their fixture .The draw also threw up some interesting fixtures with the pick of the round Arsenal's match up with defending champions Bayern Munich.

Manchester City will  face off against Barcelona in an intriguing fixture that could go both ways.Manchester City posses one of the best attacking fronts in European football at the moment whilst Barcelona will have mega star Lionel Messi back from injury.

Manchester United have been given a relatively easy pass with a fixture against Greek upstarts Olympiakos who have hot shot striker Kostas Mitrioglou in top form.

The firepower of PSG  will look forward to an encounter against Germany's Bayer Leverkusen whilst Didier Drogba will make an emotional return to Stamford Bridge with Galatasaray.

Drogba is a cult figure with Chelsea fater his late equalizer and penalty won them the Champions league in 2011..

Russia's Zenit will face  Dortmund in the final fixture of the stage.
