Black Stars begin training for Nations Cup qualifiers today

Black Stars Coach Kwasi Appiah will preside over a non residential camping beginning today (Monday) in Accra as the Black Stars prepare for the Nations Cup Qualifier against Malawi on Saturday.

Striker Asamoah Gyan is understood to be the first to arrive out of the 24 players invited for the game.

Majority of the players invited by Kwasi Appiah are expected to arrive on Monday night having played for their clubs in Europe at the weekend.

The 5 home-based players in the squad are also expected to arrive in the team's camp on Monday for their first training session on Tuesday morning at the Accra Sports Stadium.
