Kotoko request for ground move
23.02.2007 LISTEN

Four home games to go and Kumasi Asante Kotoko are seeking to have their home grounds changed for the third time this season.

The Porcupine Warriors want the Professional League Board to approve their request for a possible shift to the Coronation park in Sunyani from Cape Coast.

Kotoko started off the season from the Konongo park before relocating to the Robert Mensah stadium in Cape Coast.

Presently, the Coronation park is home to Bofoakwa Tano and King Faisal – for this season and if the request by the Porcupine Warriors is granted, then the grounds would play host to three premiership teams.

However until Kotoko's move is approved, the Porcupine Warriors would play their weekend's home game against Real Tamale United at the Robert Mensah stadium in Cape Coast.
