In preparation towards this year's All Africa Games in Abuja, Nigeria, the Ghana Basketball Association (GBA) held a non residential training programme for both the senior men and women teams to get set for the qualifiers in March.
A statement issued in Accra said 40 players took part in the exercise, which focused on physical fitness routine, and specific fundamental coaching drills in shooting and passing.
Another phase of such an exercise is billed to commence on Thursday, January 16 through to Monday, January 20.
