Harry Zakkour Seeks Audience With Kurt Okraku To Discuss Ghana Football

Veteran football administrator, Harry Zakkour has called on Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku to pay him a visit to discuss ways of improving the sport in the country.

The Lebanese-born Ghanaian has loads of experience in the administration of football after working for Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak for several years as their chairman.

He is hoping to have the opportunity to hold discussions with the Ghana FA boss on ways to develop and improve football in the country.

“I will like Kurt Okraku to come and see me one day to see what we can do about Ghana football so that if we change our strategy about Sunday matches because of this European football”, he said in an interview on GTV Sports Plus.

In the midst of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis, Harry Zakkour has urged all Ghanaians to follow the safety protocols to ensure they stay safe in waiting for the return of football.

“And now with this Virus, Covid-19 we don't know how long it is going to take. I see it every day it is increasing and I think I will advise people to do what is best. We need people, we don't want people to die like what is happening in the USA and Italy”, he noted.
