Kasoa (C/R), Jan 30, GNA - Assistant Superintendent of Police Charles Adalong in-charge of Kasoa District, has commended the Effutu-Awutu-Senya District Assembly for its pledge to rehabilitate Police Land Rover, which became dysfunctional months ago. Making the commendation through the Ghana News Agency on Saturday, ASP Adalong said, the speedy repairs on the vehicle would enable the police to leap further in its efforts to tack down criminals in the district.

He said the absence of vehicle has hampered the efforts of the police doing effective police work at Kasoa.

ASP Adalong said most of the criminals in and around Kasoa migrated from Nsawam, Accra and other urban towns and villages to hide in slums in and around Kasoa due to its' conducive environment.

But the Kasoa Police Commander pledged the police determination to chase all criminals out from their hiding places within the district, saying, "Kasoa is not safe the criminals"
