Accra, Jan 26, GNA - The Koforidua Circuit Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Abdulai Bassit, alias Belebele, 27, a suspect in connection with the murder of Private Sulaimana Enum, the police announced on Thursday.
The police said Bassit was last seen at Anlo Town, Koforidua, and was believed to be hiding at Akwadum, Asore Kuma or Old Tafo Zongo all in the Eastern Region.
The police said Daniel Agyapong, 34, a mobile phone dealer and native of Koforidua was also wanted for robbery.
The Police Service is therefore appealing to all who have information on the hideout of the two to contact the Regional Police Commander, Koforidua on telephone numbers; 081-22453, 0244-846527,020-8121098, AND 027-7149088 or inform the nearest Police Station.
