Be Bold And Recall Kevin-Prince Boateng Back To Black Stars - Coach Kwesi Appiah Urged

Former Ghana international, Solar Ayew has urged coach Kwesi Appiah be courageous enough and recall in-form Sassuolo forward Kevin-Prince Boateng to the national team.

The US Sassuolo forward has been out of the national team during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

The 31-year-old was reported to have verbally insulted coach Kwesi Appiah during a heated team meeting.

However, his recent superlative displays in the Serie A with Sassuolo has ignited talks of a potential return to the national team.

And former Ghana Under-17 and 23 star Solar Ayew, wants Kwesi Appiah to man up and recall him into the team.

"It's time for Kevin-Prince Boateng to be given a national team call-up due to his form at Sassuolo," he told Takoradi-based Aseda FM

"Even though he has been absent from the Black Stars for a while, Kwesi Appiah should be courageous enough to invite him."
