The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), a Non-Profit Organisation has appointed Mr Raphael Godlove Ahenu, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global Media Foundation (GLOMEF) as its National Coordinator for the WEA Business Coalition.
GLOMEF is Ghanaian anti-corruption media advocacy Non-Governmental Organisation headquartered in Sunyani.
The Coalition is the business department of the WEA, and functions as an information and resource hub providing strategic leadership for leaders of businesses, Ministries and Churches.
Established in 1845 in the United Kingdom, WEA is a global organisation of Evangelical Christian churches serving more than 600 million Evangelicals in 129 countries and unite them as a means to the spread of the word of God.
As the National Coordinator of the Coalition, Mr Ahenu is tasked to collaborate with leaders of the National Evangelical Alliance (NEA) in the country to facilitate effective networking among churches and also establish local groups and Ministries in neighbouring countries.
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), on Friday in Sunyani, Mr. Ahenu, thanked the WEA for the confidence reposed in him and assured his commitment to work hard to push Global Evangelism, and unite churches in the country as well.
